Yesterday morning, our company turned into a meeting place for those interested in modern trends in document management and business process automation. As part of our traditional ICT Breakfast, we treated guests not only to fresh coffee, orange juice, and a tasty breakfast, but above all to a dose of inspiration through presentations and live demonstrations of innovative solutions. The informal gathering took place in a friendly atmosphere, with plenty of room for questions and discussion.

ICT Breakfast: Innovations in Document Management and Business Processes, 23. 4. 2025



Aneta Doležalová, marketing executive, kicked off the morning with an introduction to current trends in document and business process management, such as automation and artificial intelligence. She also highlighted common challenges faced by companies that manage their documents inefficiently.



David Páter, director of the M-Files division, presented M-Files – a leading platform for knowledge work automation. He demonstrated how the system revolutionizes document management and automates business processes through workflow features. He also introduced M-Files Ment – a standalone tool for easy document automation useful for complex documents, such as contracts or business proposals.



Jakub Kiml, senior consultant, followed with a session on artificial intelligence and its practical benefits in everyday business operations. He showed that today’s AI can do much more than just quickly search documents – for example, the Aino tool, integrated directly into M-Files, now enables automated invoice data extraction and metadata assignment based on recognized information. Guests had the opportunity to see this feature in action during a live demo.



We also introduced the modular Odoo system to our guests. During the presentation and live demonstration, Tereza Míková, Odoo consultant, showcased one of the 50+ available modules – the Invoicing module. This module offers a simple and intuitive invoicing solution suitable for both large enterprises and smaller businesses or startups.



To wrap up the program, IT specialist Martin Batala presented the Intuo – Company Intelligence CRM system. His presentation emphasized the key benefits of the platform, followed by a live demo focused on the sales area. Participants saw how Intuo handles automated processes, tracks business activities – from emails and phone calls to marketing campaigns – and how the so-called Opportunity Traffic Light helps both sales teams and management maintain a clear overview of potential deals.



The event concluded with an engaging discussion where guests shared their impressions and asked questions about the presented solutions. We also held a prize draw with valuable giveaways – congratulations to all the winners!
