On Wednesday, April 9, we hosted a VIP event in the beautiful setting of the Residence of the Ambassador of Finland to the Czech and Slovak Republics.

Ambassador Pasi Tuominen personally welcomed the guests and officially opened the event. Jan Sedláček gave a brief presentation on knowledge work automation and how M-Files supports this area. We also explored the topic of artificial intelligence with Jakub Kiml, including a live demonstration of M-Files Aino — an AI solution that enables secure and professional use directly within the M-Files environment, while protecting content through access permissions. Guests had the opportunity to see how AI can help companies work more efficiently and save time. Following this, Marek Dědič introduced the “Catch the AI” competition, which we proudly supported as it offers young students a valuable hands-on experience with artificial intelligence — including its limitations and the challenge of minimizing hallucinations.

After the presentation, guests enjoyed a rich buffet full of Finnish specialties and informal networking.
