Seminar: How to eliminate information chaos?, 24 October 2019, Bratislava

The seminar was opened by Jan Sedláček, Chairman of the Board of Digital Resources a.s., with an introduction to Enterprise Content Management (ECM). We pointed out the differences between outdated systems in companies and modern ECM solutions.

 

Kristýna Dryáková, Marketing Manager, focused on information chaos and its elimination in the company. She also introduced M-Files mobile app that allows users to have information on hand whenever they need it.

 

The live demonstration of the modern M-Files ECM/DMS system was performed by David Páter, Director of the M-Files Division. He also introduced the guests to the pleasant administrative environment.

 

Václava Hromádková, M-Files consultant, introduced Intelligent Metadata Layer, a tool that helps users analyze documents and work with information across multiple repositories.

 

The partner of our event was Swiss Post Solutions, s.r.o. company.

Michal Helcman, head of sales & projects, introduced seminar participants to data mining, digitalization of paper documents and streamlining of administration in companies.

 

Furthermore, the cooperation between Digital Resources a.s. and Swiss Post Solutions s.r.o. was pointed out.

At the end of the event, there was a discussion and a draw of participants for valuable prizes, such as the Swiss Victorinox knife, a glass USB flash drive or a gift travel set. During the subsequent coffee break, guests had the opportunity to ask us any questions.
