On Wednesday, 24 October, another major seminar on Intelligent Information Management and Business Process Management took place in the morning. The seminar was held at the pleasant premises of the Prague Holiday Inn in the Orangery lounge.

Topics of the seminar were following:

Intelligent information management, modern ECM versus existing systems in the company.
Contract Lifecycle Management and underrated risks of paper documents circulation in companies.
Intelligent data mining, interconnection with the enterprise system.
Improving business processes and managing customer relationships.

Special guest of the seminar was Mr. Radek Gracias, IT Manager of MEDESA s.r.o. – we thank him very much. Mr. Radek Gracias introduced the story of implementing M-Files from a customer perspective.

The seminar was followed by a discussion and a coffee break.
